Oh, those chocolate days! So tempting, so decadent, so delicious, so healthy! That’s right…chocolate is actually good for you :-) Of course as with anything, that is if you do not overindulge. There is always a catch, isn’t it? Each of us has probably heard at some time or another…read in an article, heard by way of word of mouth, saw it on television, discovered on the Internet…that chocolate has health benefits but you may be wondering what research backs up such reports. Actually, it is the dark chocolate which is the best healthwise.
