How do I tell you

what I want you to know?

By holding you close

or letting you go?

How can I share just how it could be

that your love is healing for me?

You are the sunshine on a cloudy day.

You are the reason I would want to stay.

Hanging in.

Hanging on.

Three little phrases that make my life strong.

I hang out with the old ones,

the ancient of days,

they teach me the stories,

they show me their ways.

I hang in

as the listener,

the observer,

the friend,

I am there waiting

when your Journey ends.

I hang on to the beauty,

the joys in my day.

Hang on to nature’s love song,

it brightens my way.

How many times will my gratitude speak

when gifts of love fall at my feet?

How many times will I stop to say,

beloved dear heart, I am glad you stayed?

How many arms will I open wide,

when my love I can no longer hide?

How much love will it take to heal,

how much longer till I get to feel?

How often will my joy increase,

how many times will I offer you peace?

How much love will it take to grow

until it is time for me to go?

How much service can I give,

to thank you for this new way to live?

How much love does it take to  be guessing

how much I needed forgiveness, confessing?

How many lifetimes before I grow 

into following this path with the silence I know?

How many sunsets will it take

before I surrender, before I break?

After the silence, the surrender comes…

I find my sacred song on the tip of my tongue.

How many ways can I say thank you?

Greetings, sweet Soul, my dear heart, my life, my friend.

You are always here at my journey’s end.

I see music when you smile.

I hear waterfalls cascading in the mountains in your laughter.

I bask in the Sunlight of the Spirit when your thoughts touch Soul.

I linger in the dream with your kiss on my pillow.

I put love in the meal as your words touch my hands.

Your sense of humour warms a chilly winter wind.

Your wisdom fascinates me.

Your memory lingers as the scent

of beautiful roses wafts upon the wind of lifetimes.

I remember you.

You are my sense of joy in the midst of grief.

You are my reflection of strength when I cannot speak.

You are the gentle hand that reaches across my shoulder when I sleep.

You are the kiss on the back of my neck when I am too weary to stand.

Your voice is the melody that comforts me across the ages.

You are the words of love filling lonely empty pages.

You are the dance that moves my feet.

You are the painting of love I see but have yet to capture.

Yours is the love in the moment of rapture.

You are the song my heart sings.

You are enchanting.

You are wonderful.

You are you.

You are the part of me I know so well.

You are the joy and laughter, no words can tell.

Nothing more need be said.

I am going to dream you back to me.

I am going to bring you out of my head.

I am inviting you home.

HU-a love song to God

In a moment,

you are going to take the trip

of your lifetime.

Not one induced, persuaded, or under the control of anyone…

except  perhaps your guardian angel, higher power, inner guide.

You do not have to believe

that your guardian, protector, angel, or inner guide exist

you could imagine what they looked like

should that help you in your visualization.

You are going to take a Journey within.

For a moment, find a comfortable place,

where there is minimal opportunity

for you to be disturbed for  a few minutes.

I take off my glasses,

as we will be using our inner eyes.

First, seat yourself..

or lie prone on the earth,

or bed, or floor…what ever works for you.

Between your eyes,

there is a spot

where your unicorn horn fell off.

It is called by some, the door,

the gateway, the third eye.

Calling upon your own breath,

slowly focus on the third eye.

Image a screen there.

Now, slowly a point of light

appears on the screen.

As you sing your sacred song,

be it a prayer or contemplation sound, or mantra….

Allow the light to expand…to the size of a small coin.

This light, with the sacred sound….

brings you closer, closer, to home.

Now, or later, allow the sound and the light to flow

into each cell of your body….take your time…

After all it is your time…your Journey….your adventure. 

As this beautiful light flows

through your being….you arrive at the university within.

You arrive at the being, knowing, seeing place.

Ah, that feels so familiar….so calm, so peaceful…so like home.

Bask in the moment of home. 

Acknowledge your beauty as Soul.

Singing your sacred song, basking in the light…

you sense more of the  ah ha moment….

as it surrounds you within and without. 

Ready to follow the leader…who can that be?

Right, the best most power medicine person for you in this lifetime…

Indeed, dear heart…

It is you.

You are the one who has been with you every step of the way.

Going down the stairs behind your eyes you travel deep within yourself. 

Visualize and invite the leader  within you

to allow your angel, guardian, inner master, protector to be present.

Follow the still small voice of your leader self.

Follow the still small voice of your comforter.

Walk within further.

Ask your questions.

Seek your answers.

When you are ready walk back up the stairs to your forehead.

Singing your sacred song, still basking in the light 

Prepare to come back to the physical.

Like dancing this excercise will take practice….

When I first started I could not stay away once the light, the sound and the presence were felt  

Not to worry just showing the map…..take the trip at your own pace.

It is my evening.

Your morning has just begun.

We are hundreds of miles apart.

Yet we laugh together  in the sun.

The Sunlight of the Spirit unites us in our hearts.

I am thinking of you my sweet friend.

I value your comments, your smile and your page.

I can always count on you to inform, excite and guide me with your love.

I so appreciate you dear heart….

Trust the trials of your day you can get above.

I will look for you soon when I come back again.

I send you hugs, blessings and healing thoughts…

Singing a sacred song

Upon awakening

The whole world sings along.

The sunlight of the sunrise

Dances with its Voice

While the Sunlight of the Spirit

Gives the world cause to Rejoice.

The music of the song birds

Mingles with the tune

Of the busy morning traffic

The children will be here soon.

The laughter of the morning

Fills my heart with Hope

As I jump into the shower

Banish cares with soap.

Under the running water

I renew my Spirit Song

Asking the Master to be with me

As I go about my day

Not hesitating in the moment

Not forgetting to pray.

“May I see your wondrous Beauty.

May I fill my heart with song

May I speak a little softer

May I invite you to come along.

May I share your loving kindness

May I give an extra hug.

May I love without discernment

May I give with a rejoicing

Of the moments that we share.

May I always be compassionate

Patient, true and always kind.

May I be there for the stranger

Who still believes that Love is blind.

May I walk a little softer.

May my helping hand be quick.

May I give your love this moment.

May I be there for the sick.

May I this day and evening

Be an example of your Love.

May I make this day a reason

For one to think above

The  petty crimes of humanity

May we all focus on your Love.

May I bow my head in dedication

As I renew my Spirit Song

Asking the Master to be with me

As I go about my day

Not hesitating in the moment

Not forgetting to pray.

As I walk this narrow way.

May I be there in the morning

For the heart that is full of fright

May I be there in evening

To help someone through the night.

May I awaken in the Moment

May I always hear your Voice

May I be kind and purposeful

May I always and all ways Rejoice.

HU-a love song to God

I have slept deeply dreaming for a hundred thousand lifetimes…content in my divine discontent.

Then the miracle happened.

Soul heard the still small voice.

It was on the wind.

It was within me.

It was in every sound.

It flooded Soul.

Soul was safe.

Soul was home.

Soul was free.

of winter brings

cleansing snow,

 moisture

to the mountain top

as well as

to the valley down below.

So it is…

sweet Spirit`s song

brings the love

unconditionally

to each of us

all day long. 

We do not

have to earn it,

we can for ever yearn it…

The love is there,

always,

cleansing,

creative, 

healing,

calming love.

a joy when family help

 we play with toys,

the music of their laughter

is so close to my heart,

I am deafened by the silence,

when it comes time to part.

How blessed I am 

What a joy to see

The love of the family

That is surrounding me.
